What's the general billing overview?

On this page you find the current prices of our service. Our FAQ's regarding pricing are the followings questions: 

Do I have to pay any installation costs?
No of course not, as soon as you pay for a plan you are ready to get Starred right away!

Do you also offer discounts?
Yes, when you sign up for a 1 year, you will get 2 months for free! With a subscription of 2 years you will even get half a year free of charge!

Can I upgrade my plan?
You bet! Anytime time you want, you can upgrade your plan.

Can I add a sub domain?
This is possible in all our plans. You are able to claim your own URL, companyname.starred.com. You can use this in your communications for example, your e-mail signature at the end of your e-mail. 

I'd like to add an extra function that does not seem to be available at the moment. Is that possible?
Absolutely. Currently we are developing at high speed to build in the functions that will make your experience with Starred all the more pleasant and effective. If you have any suggestions or ideas, we would love to hear from you. Don't hesitate to e-mail our Customer Happiness Team

Do I have to pay for using Starred?
Starred is offering you a 30 day free trial. However, if you wish to get all Starred has to offer, we recommend you to get a Premium account. Starred Premium has many benefits that help you to gain more valuable information about your business and to follow up on feedback more effectively. 

What do I get with the free trial?
We want Starred to be awesome, also when it is free. You can invite as many clients as you want; receive feedback uncapped; connect with your colleagues to gather feedback together; and look into the feedback results in the organized dashboard to easily identify points for improvement.

How do I pay?
Paying for Starred is as simple as entering your credit card details. We accept all of the major credit cards.
