Step 1: Choose recipients

After you've completed your feedback form it's time to send out the invitations. In Go to Forms and click on Invite behind the correct form. 

A screen with four different invite options appears and here you can choose who you want to invite and how you want to do that. You can choose from the following options: 

  • Add contacts manually;
  • Upload contacts by using a CSV file or Excel file;
  • Copy/paste from Excel;
  • Using existing groups.

Add manually
You may want to add contacts manually when the invitation batches are small and you don't want to assign any additional properties to the invitation text.
Type first name, last name and email address and click on Compose once your done.

Upload CSV or Excel (recommended!)
Uploading a file allows you to upload a large number of contacts at once and enrich your contact list with certain properties, for example obtained from your CRM-system. Here, you find instructions on how to create the right Excel or CSV file.

Copy/paste from Excel
A quick copy and paste option from Excel is also possible. All you need to do here is to select all fields: first name, last name, email address, etc. Then paste it into the screen that appears once you click on Paste from Excel.

Use existing group
If you've already created contact groups, it is possible to select a specific group to invite.Click on the option Use existing group  and your groups automatically appear. For example, if you want to invite only your Dutch clients for feedback, select the group 'Dutch clients' you've created earlier. Click here for instructions on how to group contacts.
