New Templates for Candidate Experience

The Template Gallery helps our clients immediately get a CX feedback program off the ground by utilising the templates that are solely focused around valuable touchpoints inn CX: Application, Placement, Interviews etc. With this in mind, we added three new Candidate Experience templates in the Template Gallery - Employer Brand Feedback, Candidate Assessment Feedback and Feedback After Interview.

  • Added: Icelandic as a survey language on the platform.
  • Fixed : The beta version of Feedback Survey 2.0 preview doesn't open on IE 11.
  • Improved: New design for multiple platform emails.
