Starred provides awesome insight into your People journey. In this article, you will find a definition for all the insights that we provide on your dashboard.

Global account data

  • Surveys Sent: A total count of all surveys sent in the account rolling from now to a 30-day view.

  • Survey Trend: Compares your current view to the previous 30-day view.

  • Response Rate: An average response rate for all surveys sent in the account in a rolling 30-day view.

  • Completion Rate Trend: Compares your current view to the previous 30-day view.

  • Comments Received: The total number of comments received for all surveys in the account in a rolling 30-day view.

  • Comments Received Trend: Compares your current view to the previous 30-day view.

Note: All data updates every 6 hours to give you a real-time view.

Applicant journey

Global Company NPS: A total average of all NPS per Journey Type shown in a rolling 365-day view.

Please note:

  • A survey not tagged in the proper Journey Type will not contribute to this Global NPS.
  • A journey type might not be shown if you don’t have enough NPS data in a rolling 365-day view.
  • This data updates every hour to give you a real-time view of your data.

Responses: A rolling 365 count of total responses associated with the Journey type.

Please note:

  • A survey not tagged in the proper journey type will not contribute to this response total.
  • This data updates every 6 hours to give you a real-time benchmark.

Benchmark NPS: A rolling 365-day view of NPS per Journey Type taken from all Starred candidate experience data.
