When you receive lots of feedback, it can be disturbing to get an e-mail notification of each response. You can change your mailing preferences in your account settings, at Preferences. By unchecking the box "Notify me when I received new feedback", you no longer receive an email notification of every new response.

Instead, you will only receive a firefight email. This fire-fighting alert only sends you a notification when you receive negative feedback, with an NPS-score of 6 or lower.

This way, you can immediately take action and regain the love of your unhappy customers!
