Did something wrong with the invitations? You can cancel invitation batches if they are scheduled. Directly sent invitations are not removable because these invitations immediately end up in the inbox of the customer.

How do you cancel a scheduled batch?

First you go to Forms and click on the pull-down behind the right feedback form. Select Invitations and you will see an overview of all sent out batches. Look for the right batch en click on status: Scheduled behind this batch. Now you see the date and time scheduled to sent out this batch. Besides that, you will also see the Cancel batch button. By clicking it, the batch is canceled!
