Automating feedback invitations

It makes your life easier to automate the sending of feedback invites. You won’t need to spend time uploading contact files, or worrying about making a mistake - this can be done automatically. You’ll have more time to focus on what you’re going to do with the feedback you receive. 

With the help of a trigger, a survey will automatically be sent to your respondents. Properties will also be automatically assigned to your contacts so that your results can be properly analysed as they roll in. A ‘trigger’ could be anything - from the end of a project or the closing of a deal in a sales pipeline.

It is possible for Starred to integrate with nearly all CRM- and helpdesk systems. The most popular integrations among our clients are ones coming from Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk.

Automating reading-back responses

It’s also possible to send feedback received through Starred back to your CRM/Support system. When new feedback from a respondent comes in, it will automatically send through to your system of choice. It’s fairly common to have your feedback data feed back into your CRM. The advantage of this is that you keep all your important client data in one place, rather than spread over multiple systems.
