It is possible that you will get the option 'accepting feedback' in the notification e-mail. This option is triggered when the respondent that gave feedback, did so without receiving a direct e-mail invitation from you. There are two options to give feedback that's not linked to the e-mail address:
- The respondent has completed the form on the subdomain.
- The feedback giver has received a link to the form. (Widgets)
These respondents can give feedback, but the system will not know who it is and whether the feedback is serious and genuine. Therefore, it is possible to accept or deny the feedback (feedback without invitation). This possibility is to filter responses so they don't pollute your insights on the customer experience or your dashboard.
