Feedback Survey 3.0 Launches in Beta
The new Feedback Survey 3.0 loads faster, we modernized the survey by adding animations and the ability to customize the color of the progress bar, buttons and elements to match client branding. In addition you will now see a small banner that outlines our cookie policy to a respondent.
- Fixed: The opacity of the background in Feedback Survey 2.0 cannot be adjusted.
- Improved:Searchable dropdowns in Starred Connect. This features allows users to search the fields in dropdowns.
- Improved: Increased resolution for profile and company picture.
- Improved: Remove the 'standard company logo' in the invitation email if a company logo is missing.
- Improved: Replies from clients' respondents are sent to [email protected], now it’s updated so that they get sent to the correct person who sent them their message in the first place.
