There could be a couple of reasons why your recruiter might not be seeing their own results.
If you can see responses from your account but your recruiter can't, here are a few possible explanations:
- If you have created a Data Access Policy based on the recruiter name, you need to make sure that the username they are using in Starred matches the way their name is spelled in your Applicant Tracking System. If your recruiter name in your ATS is John Smith and you have created a DAP where the Recruiter Name in the response should match the recruiter's full name in Starred, the user won't be able to see their results if the spelling in your Starred is J. Smith or anything different than John Smith.
- If the spelling is exactly the same, please check for any spaces at the end of the first or last name and capital letters, they also matter.
