Integrations

Starred allows you to connect your application or Applicant Tracking System to automate survey invitations based on conditions chosen by you. To do that, you have to create what we call a “workflow”.

A workflow is a set of conditions, filters and actions that will trigger surveys automatically to collect feedback.

You can choose between creating your own workflow from scratch or using one of our pre-built templates.

We recommend using one of our templates and customizing the workflow to fit your own needs and preferences. If you choose to use one of the templates, you'll be able to preview it and then add it to your list.

A workflow usually consists of the following elements:

  • a Trigger step
  • a first Action step (not always, this depends on the ATS you're integrating)
  • a Filter step
  • a second Action step
