What are "recommended fields" used for?

Recommended fields include a list of fields that will be the same in all accounts and Starred uses to create dashboards, such as recruiter, hiring manager, source and so on.

At the moment, recommended fields are used to build sub-dashboards in role-based dashboards and to fill in the columns in your Response detail dashboard.
