The main differences are:
- When you receive them: Firefight emails are only received whenever you get a low NPS score, notifications are received each time you receive new feedback.
- Who can choose who should receive them: Admins can choose who should receive firefight emails by editing user profiles from the Colleagues section, while notifications can only be enabled by the users themselves from their settings.
What does the firefight email look like?
This email will show you which NPS score is given (6 or lower) and it will also show you which survey was submitted with this score. If the respondent gave an explanation for this particular score, it will appear in the email as well. Lastly, you'll find a button that redirects you to view the full response.
