The most common reasons are:
- you're part of a HR account in Starred, also known as Employee Engagement accounts. These types of accounts do not have the option to see individual responses for reasons related to employees' privacy.
- Your user account does not have permissions to view individual responses. Admins can determine user permissions in the Colleagues section. If you think this is a mistake, please reach out to your colleague who's also a Starred admin, so they can adjust the settings for you.
