Role-based dashboards (Candidate Experience)

Starred offers role-based dashboards for three types of user roles:

  • Admins
  • Recruiters
  • Team Leads

If you’ve not yet added users to their roles in Starred, make sure to do it so by navigating to the Colleagues section and opening each user profile to select their role.

What are role-based dashboards?

They are dashboards that offer insights specific to the user role.

If you have restricted access to specific journey types for a role or you have assigned Data Access Policies to user roles or to single users, their role-based dashboard will reflect these settings and it will only show data for the journey types they have access to or the filters you have included in the Data Access Policy.

These dashboards will offer the same filtering options as your survey dashboards, so feel free to apply and even save filters for an easier reading of your data!

Admin dashboard

The Admin dashboard will be the most comprehensive as admins have access to the results of all other roles.

To access your dashboard, navigate to Analyze > Admin dashboard or click on this link.

The menu on the left side will allow you to switch between these dashboard sections:

Team Lead dashboard
