Receive automated email notifications each time a new survey response is submitted.
Notifications help you stay informed about incoming feedback, without needing to manually check your dashboards.
How to Enable or Disable Notifications
- Go to Survey Settings → Notifications
- Check the box to enable email notifications for new responses
- Uncheck to disable notifications

Key Points
- Personal setting: Each user controls their own notifications
- Sender-based: Only receive notifications for surveys where you're the sender
Difference with Firefight Emails (Low NPS Alerts)
For notifications only when respondents give low NPS scores (6 or lower), use firefight emails instead.
Only Admins can enable firefight emails via Company Settings → Colleagues.
Use firefight emails for:
- Real-time monitoring of detractor responses
- Quick response to negative feedback
- Issue escalation to team leads or managers
