It's actually possible that you did nothing wrong!
With our Workable integration, in order to trigger the “candidate disqualified” workflows, we query the candidate’s API every five minutes with the last_updated_at field.
Therefore, when you disqualify a candidate, if the workflow was successful a log should be visible in maximum 9 minutes.
