Why do I have to choose a sector for my company?
In the Company profile section in Starred you are asked to indicate your Company Sector.
Selecting the correct Sector is very important for a correct Starred Benchmark, as we offer a Sector filter to allow you to compare your NPS with organizations within the same sector.
You can select one of the following options:
- Energy
- Industrials & Construction
- Health Care
- Financial Services
- IT & Tech
- Communication Services
If you are not sure to which industry you belong to, have a look at this article. We advise you to start from the right-hand column (i.e. Sub Industry) to find out which sector you belong to.
