One of my recruiters has no responses in the dashboard

If you're trying to filter by one of your recruiter names and you can't see any results linked to this value, it could be for one of the following reasons:

• candidates, with whom this recruiter has worked, were linked to the wrong recruiter in your ATS
• candidates, with whom this recruiter has worked, have been invited to answer the survey but have not responded

Please note: this is also valid for hiring managers, coordinators, sourcers or any other custom field you might be filtering on.
