Why did my candidate receive a survey if I selected "no rejection email" in my application?

Choosing not to send a rejection email within your ATS does not stop a survey from being sent via Starred.

If you're sending out your surveys automatically via our workflows, the action of rejecting the candidate will be enough to trigger the workflow.

If you wish not to send a survey to a specific candidate, you can take advantage of filter conditions that you have added to your workflow, such as excluded rejection reasons or stages.

Please note: once a survey is scheduled to be sent, we can cancel the batch. We can't cancel batches that have already been sent out. Please reach out to us before rejecting your candidate if you're unsure, so we can advise you better.
