Survey settings

Before you start sending our surveys to your contacts, there are a few things you need to do to make sure that you can work smoothly and efficiently.

In this section you'll be able to manage important settings for your surveys such as:

  • Choosing to receive notifications when you get new responses to your surveys
  • Creating customized styles for your surveys that reflect your branding
  • Setting up a "Thank You" page that will be shown to your respondents at the end of the survey
  • Setting up a "Cooling down period" to make sure that you don't send your contacts too many invitations to complete surveys
  • Delete responses
  • Manage unsubscriptions
