We think it's great that you want to try out Starred!
Here's everything you need to know about the possibilities of a Freemium license:
- There are no limitations to the number of users you can add to your account.
- You can add one survey to your account, so you'll be able to choose between a rejected candidate survey, hired candidate survey, hiring manager feedback survey and so on.
- There are no limitations to how many survey invites you can send.
- You can integrate Starred with your ATS. We integrate with a few different applications. You can find them listed here.
- You'll be able to see data only based on the last 25 responses received. When you have more than 25 responses, we calculate your average ratings and NPS based on those 25 responses. The same is valid for your response rate, of course: we'll use the date of your last response and look back at the invitations/responses since that date to be able to calculate your response rate.
- Freemium accounts cannot export their responses.
- For Employee Engagement account, you need at least 7 responses to see results in the dashboard. That is for privacy reasons.
- You have access to our Customer Support via the chat or via [email protected] Please note that we do not offer onboarding and/or support via video call to Freemium customers.
