You can determine a Cooling down period to ensure you don’t overload your respondents with invitations for feedback. The cooling down period ranges from 2 weeks to 1 year.

Starred also offers the possibility to select a cooling down period on survey level. In this way, if you have a specific survey, for which the general cooling down period should not apply, you can set a different cooling down period just for that specific survey.
