Setting a Cooling down period means that, within period of time, a respondent will not receive more than one survey invitation.
You can determine your desired Cooling down period to ensure you don’t overload your respondents with survey invitations.
The cooling down period ranges from 2 weeks to 1 year.
Starred also offers the possibility to select a cooling down period on survey level. In this way, if you have a specific survey, for which the general cooling down period should not apply, you can set a different cooling down period just for that specific survey.
This option is available in the Advanced survey settings of each survey.
