Navigating Starred
In this article, we’ll go through some of the sections and shortcuts you'll find in the navigation bar in the Starred app.
⭐Please note that some of the information might not apply to your user account, as it depends on your account type and your own user access rights.

Navigation bar (Candidate Experience)
On the left side of the screen, you’ll find the navigation bar, which is divided into 5 parts.

Let’s go through them and quickly learn what they are there for.
Starred logo: by clicking on it, you’ll be brought to your homepage.
Company account name: by clicking on the company account name, you’ll have the option to access:
- your company settings
- the list of all the company accounts you’re in, so you can switch between them
Main shortcuts: the third section features shortcuts to Starred’s main features
- Home: your homepage is the Starred Benchmark page, where you’ll be able to compare your NPS, response rates and other data to those of other companies in your size and sector.
- Surveys: from here you can access your survey overview, where you can create new surveys and manage your existing ones (this button will only be available if you have the access right Can view surveys*).
- Career Page survey: from here, you can set up your career page widget, to gather feedback from candidates visiting your career site (* this button will only be available when journey type Career Survey is part of your license). See here for more information.
- Integrations: from here you can access Starred integrations page, where you’ll find a list of all ATSes we integrate with. If you have connected your ATS with Starred, this is where you’ll be able to create and manage your workflows.
Dashboards section
- Surveys: this button takes you to the individual Survey dashboards, where you can see the results for each of your surveys.
- Bespoke dashboards: here you’ll have a list of your bespoke dashboards, if available (* this is also based on access rights).
Bottom section of the navigation bar: by clicking on your name, you’ll have the option to access:
- Account settings: where you can edit your name and role, as well as manage your passwords and 2FA.
- Support: so you can have all our articles and resources at hand, to always get the most out of Starred.
⭐ Please note: you can keep the navigation bar expanded or collapse it when needed by clicking on the arrow underneath the Starred logo:

Navigation bar (Employee Engagement)

⭐ Please note: you can decide to keep the bar open or collapse it when needed. To do that, click on the arrow underneath the Starred logo:
